Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, go to account.launchpadthumbguard.com to find your order and request a return.

After your request is approved, you will be able to print a shipping label. Return shipping costs a flat $5.00.

Once tracking information indicates your item is en route, we will refund the full cost of your order, including the original shipping cost.
