Introducing the Launchpad Player Program

At Launchpad, everything starts with players. From day one, we've listened intently to the different needs and preferences of hitters, and their input has directly influenced our design. 

Today, we’re excited to officially announce the next step in our player-first approach - the Launchpad Player Program.

Welcome to the Launchpad Player Program

The Launchpad Player Program is our new invite-only community designed for players who don’t just use Launchpad—they want to help shape it.

This program will help us build authentic relationships with players who truly love our thumb guard and want to be part of what will be coming next. We didn't want to create just a transactional influencer program, we wanted to really open the door to collaborate with players at all levels, all across the country. 

A Tiered Path Designed for Players

The Player Program includes three progressive tiers, giving players more opportunities and rewards as they demonstrate genuine commitment and engagement.

Players who advance through the tiers might:

• Share honest experiences with Launchpad on social media
• Bring teammates into the Launchpad community
• Provide direct input on future product testing and prototypes
  
• Represent Launchpad at practices, games, and training sessions

As players move up, they unlock rewards such as:

• Paid posts and content opportunities
• Team-wide discount codes
• Commission-based incentives
• Custom Launchpad gear and swag
• Early access to upcoming products
  

We want athletes to level up because they’re genuinely invested—not because they’re chasing a payout. But...who doesn't love a little cash, too? 

A Program Rooted in Real Player Impact

Launchpad has always been shaped by players, and our community reflects that. Today, top high school talent, standout college players, and athletes across the Minor and Major Leagues trust Launchpad as part of their daily routine. Their feedback, insights, and game-tested experience have helped us refine what we do—and identify what’s coming next.

The Player Program lets us go even deeper. For the athletes who rely on Launchpad, this is a chance to build a real relationship with a brand that listens, collaborates, and evolves based on player experience.

How to Join

Because this program is invite-only, players cannot apply directly. Launchpad will reach out directly to players who they think might be a good fit. However, players who want to be considered can direct message us at @launchpadthumbguard and we will evaluate them for invitation on a rolling basis.
